Orange Glazed Ham Steak


1 1/2 lb. ham steak

1/2 C. orange juice

2 T. brown sugar

1 T. honey

Place the ham in a skillet heated over med. high heat. Cook the ham to remove the water from it, turning often until the water has evaporated from the skillet. Whisk together the orange juice, brown sugar and honey. After the water has evaporated, pour the juice over the ham. Cook till the sauce reduces and thickens (approx. 7-8 minutes), turning the ham often.
