No Bake Lemon Cheesecake 1 graham cracker pie crust 2, 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, room temp. 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 C. lemon juice In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and condensed milk until nice and creamy. Add the vanilla and lemon juice and beat just long enough to incorporate the lemon juice. Pour into the crust, cover and place in the fridge a minimum of 3 hours before serving.
