Stove Top Sausage and Rice 4/3/23
2 lbs. ground breakfast sausage 3/4 C. finely chopped onion 2 C. cooked long grain rice 15.5 oz. can chili beans, do not drain
Begin browning the sausage in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Add the onions and cook till the sausage is cooked through and drain off the grease. Stir in the rice and beans, cooking just long enough to warm the beans.
