Sweet & Savory Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders
10 slices of bacon 10 chicken tenderloins my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container) 1 C. light brown sugar 1 tsp. smoked paprika 1 tsp. chili powder Cover a baking sheet with tinfoil then place a cooling rack on top and spray with cooking spray, set aside. On a plate, combine the brown sugar, paprika and chili powder. Sprinkle each tenderloin with a little of the house seasoning then take a piece of bacon and wrap around the chicken then roll it in the brown sugar mixture, coating well. Place on the rack and continue with remaining tenderloins. Bake them in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
