Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes


Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes 2 medium russet potatoes, washed olive oil garlic salt 3 T. butter 1 green onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 T. half & half 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese, plus a little more for topping Rub each potato with a little olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt all over it. Place them in the basket of your air fryer. Cook at 390 degrees for 45 minutes. Use tongs to remove the potatoes to a plate and let cool long enough to handle. Meanwhile, put the butter in a microwavable dish along with the green onions. Pop in the microwave to melt the butter. Cut each potato in half and scrape out the flesh into the bowl with the butter and onion. Mash the potatoes and stir in the remaining ingredients. Stuff each potato skin with the filling and place back in the basket. Top with a little more cheese. Cook at 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
