Crock Pot Chicken Taco Soup
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 C. frozen whole kernel corn
2, 15.5 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 C. chicken broth
1.25 oz. pkt. taco seasoning
Put all the ingredients in your crock pot, stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. Remove the chicken breasts and shred with 2 forks, return the chicken to the crock pot. Cover and cook for 1 more hour.
