Bacon Burgers

1 lb. ground chuck
3 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
2 T. liquid steak seasoning (like Moore's or Dale's)
1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
Using your hand, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Divide into 4 even sections. Place a piece on a sheet of plastic wrap and cover with another sheet. Use a rolling pin, roll or flatten to 1/2" thick. Repeat with remaining burgers. Heat your grill, once hot add the burgers and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with your favorite buns and condiments.
