Crock Pot Chicken Thighs


5 skin on, bone-in chicken thighs

my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)

smoked paprika

Season each thigh all over with a little house seasoning and paprika. Place skin side up in your crock pot in an even layer (I used my 6 quart crock pot). Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. NOTE: This recipe will not give the same result for the skin if cooking on high, cooking on low renders the fat slower giving you the better result of a slightly crispy skin)
