Crock Pot Corned Beef Hash


3 C. shredded (cooked) corned beef, a food processor works well for this.

1/4 C. onion, finely chopped

2 heaping C. frozen Southern potatoes (the cubed ones)

1/4 tsp. celery seed

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Place everything but the cheese in the crock pot. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Add the cheese and cook and additional 30 minutes. Stir to mix in the cheese before serving.
