Chili Cheese Frito Chicken


2 C. chili cheese fritos

1 large egg

1/8 C. milk

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Place the fritos in a ziploc bag, seal and use a rolling pin to finely crush them. In a dredging dish, whisk together the egg and milk. Take each breast and dredge in the egg then shake in the fritos. Place on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
