Hot Dog Coleslaw


2 C. grated cabbage

1/8 C. grated onion

1/8 tsp. celery seed

1/8 tsp. smoked paprika

2 T. mayo

salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine the cabbage, onion and seasonings. Stir in the mayo and combine well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
