Simple Fried Salmon Nuggets


3/4 lb. salmon, skin removed and cut into 2" pieces

garlic sea salt

pepper

2 T. olive oil

1 T. butter

Season the salmon liberally with the garlic sea salt and pepper. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over med. high heat. Add the salmon and cook 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your salmon.
