Pork Chops & Apples


2 large apples, sliced

4 boneless pork chops

ground cinnamon

3 T. butter

1/4 C. brown sugar

Place the apples in the bottom of a 9x9 dish, sprinkle with a little cinnamon. In a skillet, melt the butter over med. high heat. Whisk in the brown sugar and combine well. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 1 minute per side. Remove the pork chops and place on top of the apples. Pour the remaining sauce over the pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
