Chili Lime Boiled Corn
4 ears fresh corn, shucked and cleaned
water
1 whole lime, juiced
1/2 C. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. chili powder
Place the corn in a pot and cover with water. Add the lime juice, milk, butter and chili powder. Bring up to a boil and reduce to med. high heat. Cook for 8 minutes.
