Cran-Grape Grilled Pork Chops

4 bone-in pork chops (1/2" thick)
1/3 C. cran-grape juice
2 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. all purpose seasoning (2 T. smoked paprika, 1 T. brown sugar, 1 T. salt, 1 T. Adobo seasoning, 1 tsp. pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
Place the pork chops in a ziploc bag. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour into bag. Seal and squish around to coat the pork chops. Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. Fire up the grill and get the charcoal good and hot. Cook the chops 6 minutes then flip and cook 4-5 minutes longer. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
