Zucchini Banana Muffins

(approx. 16 muffins)
2 C. self rising flour 3/4 C. sugar 2 T. melted butter 1 large egg 1 1/4 C. milk 1 large banana, mashed 1 C. shredded zucchini 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
In a bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Once combined, stir in the banana, zucchini and cinnamon. Combine well and fill lightly greased muffin tins 3/4 way full of the batter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
