2 thick center cut pork chops (bone-in) 1/2 C. orange juice 1/4 C. soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
Place the chops in a ziploc baggie, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over in the bag. Seal and squish to coat. Place in the fridge to marinate at least 12 hours or up to 24 hours. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before ready to grill. Get your grill good and hot and place the chops on the grill, cooking for 8-10 minutes then flip and cook for 6-7 minutes longer or until an internal temp. of 145 degrees. Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
