1/2 C. butter, melted 2 large eggs 2 T. sugar 1 T. all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 5 oz. can evaporated milk 2, 15.75 oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained well 1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Whisk in the milk. Stir in the corn and cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
