Apple Juice Chicken Tenders 2/13/23


1 1/3 C. apple juice 1 T. butter 2-2 1/2 lbs. chicken tenderloins salt and pepper


Add the apple juice and butter to a skillet with a lid. Bring up to a low boil and add the tenderloins, season each one with a little salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium high heat for 8 minutes. Turn the tenderloins over and partially cover the skillet, cooking until the apple juice has almost completely reduced, approx. 6-7 minutes. Remove from the heat and turn the tenderloins over a few times in the glaze to coat them. Make sure to remove the skillet from the heat to prevent the glaze from burning.
