Beef Jerky
2 lb. london broil, thinly sliced against the grain 1/2 C. Dale's steak seasoning 1/4 C. soy sauce 1 T. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container) 1 T. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Put everything into a ziploc baggie, squish to coat the meat well and place in the fridge for 12-24 hours. Arrange the meat on your dehydrator trays and dehydrate till dried (my dehydrator takes approx. 6 hours). Seal and store in the fridge for 3-4 months.
