Ham & Cabbage 2/1/23
3 T. butter
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 C. chicken broth
3 C. cubed ham
salt and pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a skillet over med. high heat. Add the cabbage and onions, tossing to coat in the butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add the broth. Cook till cabbage has softened and then stir in the ham, lower the heat to medium and continue cooking for about 6-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
